John L. Wells, Sr., 61, of Seekonk, passed away Sunday May 6, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Providence, he was a son of Florence (Dubois) Wells and the late Joseph Wells, Sr. John was a truck driver for B&B Trucking for many years. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast, who lived to ride. Besides his mother he leaves his loving companion, Michelle Dewey, two sons, Thomas Wells of Seekonk and John Wells of Florida, three sisters, Florence Ricci, Robin and Holly Wells, one brother, Joseph Wells, Jr., and many nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Friday May 11, 2018 at 10:00 AM in Saints Matthew and Mark Church, 5 Chapel Road, Barrington. Burial will be private. Calling hours Thursday 5-7. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to, St. Jude Tribute Program, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
