I have almost lost my appetite, even forcing myself to eat sometimes. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad in the long run. Yesterday, I wasn't hungry until I had a piece of my birthday cake. Then I was starving for the rest of the day. I'm not a binge eater. Never have been. I just ate to much all the time. Yesterday I couldn't get control of my eating. I'm back to "normal" today though. Has anyone else experienced a lack of appetite? I like being able to keep my calories down but don't want to train my body to binge, if I have a little treat.
