Had surgery last Tuesday and so was recovering this week but still lost 2 lbs. this week. So happy about that:) I feel as though now I'm ready to start working out again. Have been eating a lot of veggies and most of them uncooked. Am reading a book called the PH Miracle. It's pretty interesting.
