Once again I've been busy with work and gadawful sick, so I haven't been here on fatsecret much. I took today off work and slept most of the day, which seems to be helping. Sorry to be out of touch: I think of my FS buddies often and am glad to see that things are going well! I haven't been following southbeach as much as I probably should, but I seem to be doing ok and hanging steady here.

Yes you are doing awesome and still an example to us! So sorry you've been ill, dang so many people here are saying that! Must be all this horrible and crazy weather where you all live! Come sit by the pool with me, today we hit about 75 degrees and its been pretty decent here. Thanks for checking in and we think of you too! Get better!

Skillfully managing your weight as usual Herbie. I've been going through a few wild day to day fluctuations lately, but essentially that's to be expected and meaningless over time. Glad to see things are well with you.
