Where does the time go??? I'm squeezing in a quick hello because my friend Cathy tracked me down on Facebook to say I wasn't here this morning!! I know. Time just got away from me.
I have been packing up my "office" as I am getting moved to a different "cubby" tomorrow. Our staff won't be in the office when the move happens as we have our annual summer staff meeting offsite. That has been taking a lot of my energy.
My mouth is feeling better. Tomorrow is the big extraction day. I'll be glad to have that behind me.
I'm diligently working at having a more positive attitude about everything.
The scale declined again but I've not had any "real" weight loss since I came back, despite being ever so diligent.
Pilates??? Yes!!!
Okay ... this journal is splotchy but at least you know I am alive.

Yes we do and I for one am very happy about that. Good luck tomorrow with the tooth. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel. Glad you came here today. It was very lonely without you. Have a great night.
