Went to the zoo today. There wasn't a lot to choose from when you're on a diet. I'm also removing gluten from my diet, so that makes it even harder. We were there for about 6 1/2 hours. We did a lot of standing and walking. Burned a great amount of calories, so that was good. I keep fluctuating up and down a pound or two. I had went a couple of weeks and didn't lose anything. The scale is slowly starting to move again. It helps to know that there are a lot of great people on this site. Reading other people's posts is helpful. I wish I would've found this site sooner. I think my road would of been a little bit easier with the support of fatsecret members. I've lost somewhere around 70 pounds in the past 2 years. I am hoping to hit my goal weight sometime in the next 4 months. I just got to keep at it. Only 14 pounds to go!

We were at Disney yesterday and I worried that I would not find healthy options. Thank goodness I found a grilled turkey leg. So yummy! But I did have to have a Mickey Mouse Icecream just for nostalgia!
