Have gained weight in the last six months, but really doing my damndest to limt processed foods, fast food etc. Still mostly cook what I eat. Swing / Grave shift combo (4pm to 4 am 4 days a week) has made exercise a chalenge, but not an impossibility. Everyone on this shift says they gained weight in first few months. Ill figure it out. Doing what I can. It still feels good to be fitting into my 'new" clothes! I know I am not sayying screw it and eating whatever I want whenever I want (sounds good though hee hee) so Ill keep fighting the good fight. Doing the footwork to improve my shift situaition. Night shifts are for singlre folks, man, not family guys like me!!!
