I am currently on a 19:5 you can also try the 20:4 one. I am finding that doing a combination in a week keeps me interested.

I do OMAD. Have you tried that? One meal a day? I only have dinners during the week & that is most of the time a great challenge.

@Bonts1988 how many hours in babe? I'm only for hours. Drinking my 2nd bottle of 1.5litres. So far so good. Watching Nigerian movies to pass time😂. You know one movie takes 8hours🤣

@bonts1988 please have some salt too, ( preferably himalayan salt/ sea salt) with your water or just take a bit on your hand. When we drink a lot of water, we flush electrolytes which are very important. Get some magnesium and potassium tablets too if you can

Good morning @bonts1988 I just hit 20hours hun. I use the App vora for my fasting. Helps me keep track of my facts. Do you know it? You gave to try it. Its awesome. Oh well.... 4 more hours babes
