Päiväkirja - fattypatty, 04 touko 10

I am determined to get under 200! It has been really hard this time. I have stepped up my workout and cut back my calories. This week I am trying 1200 calories per day. I know that is a small amount, but I just want to see 190-anything on that scale by this Sunday!! Currently at 201.8 and it's Tuesday night. I ran 1/2 mile at 5.3 and walked 1/2 at 3.5. Then I did the elliptical for 15 minutes. After that, circuit training.
See you in 4 days! Hopefully at 199.8!

Slow and steady wins the race according to the hare...but I don't think the hare was female :-} Anything can happen if you put your mind to it. I am looking forward to seeing that 190-ish mark Sunday :) Just don't over do it...you don't want it to back-fire or anything. Have fun and turn everything into a workout..cleaning, gardening, dancing, what-have-you...Make it fun!!! Good luck!!
