Completed my 3.23 prayer walk, burned 403.6 calories. I feel great but to be honest, I need a better eating plan. I still do less than 1500 calories a day but what I eat is really not that healthy. I ate a jumbo pulled pork dinner that included fries which I did not eat and boiled corn. I did not do a slimfast this morning because I believe I drink them to get the sugar I am missing since that is the only thing sweet I intake. Well I weigh in on the 6th so this next week I am going to work it...Everyone enjoy your day be strong and be encouraged. Don't let the scales frustrate you, it could mean you need to try something different.
