Completed my 3.23 prayer walk, burned 403.6 calories. I feel great but to be honest, I need a better eating plan. I still do less than 1500 calories a day but what I eat is really not that healthy. I ate a jumbo pulled pork dinner that included fries which I did not eat and boiled corn. I did not do a slimfast this morning because I believe I drink them to get the sugar I am missing since that is the only thing sweet I intake. Well I weigh in on the 6th so this next week I am going to work it...Everyone enjoy your day be strong and be encouraged. Don't let the scales frustrate you, it could mean you need to try something different.

What worked for me was not giving up. I had plans, plans I was sure would work. They didn't. I finally found one that worked. It sounds like you are on your way to success.
