Exercised for the first time today after a 2 week gap! (One week vacation, one week flu). I'm always terrified I'll have completely lost any fitness, but it wasn't as bad as feared :-) Ran for 30 mins on the treadmill at the gym, with the settings just a bit easier than normal to ease me in. And watched Glow on Netflix on my phone as I ran - no one I know is able to watch stuff on their phone as they run, but I'm lucky that I seem to be able to focus on it, and it really helps to distract me.
