I haven't been in here as much the last couple of weeks, but I picked up a new smart phone today and the FatSecret app is much better than on my old BlackBerry...easier to use, so I should be more diligent. I've also fallen off the exercise wagon again...but that is more due to vacation than anything else, so I should be getting back into that.
I don't think there is much chance of being below my goal weight before my birthday, but I should be able to be below 210lbs...for now, I'll take the fact that I am no longer classified as OBESE, just over weight...not great, but an improvement!

Congrats Pal. What kind of phone did ya get? I have a nice android, and it is still a pain in the butt kinda. I prefer the website for sure. However if your out and abooot, its cool. You like that Canadian I used? lol

Samsung Galaxy SII X...I didn't want to shell out for the SIII, I'm not that impressed by the "latest & greatest"...but what an upgrade from the BlackBerry Torch that work provides me...Android is WAAAYYY better!
