Päiväkirja - minitata, 28 elo 18

Gosh 3 entries - all before 8am - but I need to write them down so that I can refer back.

My rock god (writes songs & adverts, plays gigs with his band Superevolver) son-in-law Mab is an alcoholic. I'm trying to support him through - Becky is a bit sniffy about it - and when we were talking about it yesterday I compared it to how I am about carbs and yes, I'm a carbaholic. Once I start eating them, they take over, even if I don't like the taste I'll eat the lot. This is only processed carbs. I can avoid fruit & veg quite happily. Luckily I don't like crisps (fries), but biscuits, cake, ice-cream, and the like I trough my way through them.

The only thing I can do is avoid them - like Mab does with alcohol - he had a relapse when he was in Hastings and it confirmed for him that he really is an alcoholic. I've relapsed all this year...
