Päiväkirja - madaboutmoose, 20 elo 12

The weekend was PACKED full of things to do. We worked on our back porch (painting) and hauled a load to our storage unit. I'm exhausted. I did not eat well by any stretch of the imagination.

Today is busy of course. I'm taking just a few minutes to write this but need to get back at it. I had a client this morning for my regular job, paperwork out of my ears, and this afternoon I have three reflective supervision meetings. The first one is done, just two more to go. I'll be done at 6 pm. Tomorrow morning I have an hour to drive first thing in the morning for a visit ... then an hour back to town and an afternoon visit, finishing up about 3:30 pm I hope. I'd love to make it home before 6 pm!!! LOL!!!

I felt icky this morning (eating too much and the wrong things will do that to a body) and so did not get up to exercise opting instead for a little more sleep. I feel fine now (funny how eating correctly will also do that to a body), just tired. Oh will I ever learn?

I must disagree about the popcorn comments. I love popcorn. I do not think it is disgusting. I do however agree with Sarah, peanut m&m's are also very good!!

Well ... I have about 30 minutes before my next group so I better do something productive. Ugh. I would so like to be unproductive. By the way I am quite skilled at that too. I can waste time and money like nobody's business!!! LOL!!!
