Sometimes it's best to just eat a little every couple of hours. If you're going to fast, it might be best to fast in the beginning of the day. I know it's hard to fast at night!

My cravings hit at night, so it’s (usually) easier to just NOT eat rather than try to make good choices at night. I realize now that I probably did need more food this evening because I’d been sick to my stomach earlier and going to the restroom a lot. I just made poor food choices.
