Well my dr called yesterday with some lab results. Low thyroid hormone and high calcium. She upped my levothyroxine and I go in for another blood test for my parathyroid. Both have symptoms of exhaustion, weakness, etc, which is probably why its so hard for me to exercise. Didn't get to eat dinner yesterday. After work had to run to see grandson receive his Honors at the Boy Scout Honors meeting. When we got home it was way to late for me to eat. I also was still full from what I ate earlier. So calories are way low and carbs are still low. I'm a bit tired today but not like last week. I've made it over the first week mark. Oh, last night at the boy scout meeting they had cake. I dooo love cake. Was a cake decorator for a long time and still do it for family and friends. I didn't even go in the room with the cake. I knew I'd be too tempted. Yeah me! Though it probably would have upped my calories and carbs! lol
