Skipped workout today..am a little tired or perhaps lazy..need a day off anyway. I will workout over the weekend. Weight and metabolism are showing good progress. Am continuing to plan and read and research the new lifestyle. Two books that I'm reading presently that are terrific are: "The secrets of skinny chicks" & "Body Engineering"-check them out if you get a chance.

Meals for the day:
Brunch: Egg beaters omelet (1) w/ oil (1), and fat free cheese (1) and veggies (spinach, mushroom, onion, red and green peppers).
air popped popcorn 1 cup (.5)
Snack: 2 pm: 1 rice cake (1); coffee with cream/milk (1.5)
6 pm: 1 yogurt bar (3), reduced fat triscuits (2), 1 laughing cow cheese (1), wasabi peas (2) (Fueled up on so many snacks in prep for my winetasting)
Dinner:
winetasting: 10 tasting pours (possibly 2.5 glasses? (5 pts)
cheese (2), crackers (2), 1 pc. bread (3), hummus (2), 1 pc. chocolate (2), grapes (2)
Total pts: 32 pts (or more?) (This uses up all the banked points for the week). Despite the winetasting and all this eating, my weight wasn't as bad at night (172)==I need to workout more tomorrow to ensure I don't see a gain!!

Upcoming festivities of the weekend will need for creative planning on how to eat/drink and yet not go over the points!! Caloroes in=calories out (i.e., will need to do more exercise over the weekend, and eat salads for the remaining meals).
