Well I had another good evening. I did some research online especially on this site and found some really great low carb recipes. I got home from work and made a low carb breakfast quiche (which I am enjoying while writing this post) and I absolutely love it!! I know I can do this its just a matter of winning the battle over what my mind thinks it wants my mouth to have. I got homoe from work last night and I was able to keep myself from eating things I knew I didnt really want nor needed. I preoccupied myself with other things and before I knew it the feeling subsided. I bought a bunch of SF gum which is hleping me not want to eat the bad food. I feel good!!! I am victorious in this fight.
