Treated myself with a restaurant meal last night... I did amazing! Texas Roadhouse steak (with a dollop of butter on top), side salad and a handful of peanuts will keeping me ticking for many hours! Need less to say, I don't have a structured IF regime, but I hope to make it at least 18 hours until I eat again after that feast!

It's becoming part of my will power... I have to make PB&J for kids lunches and prep food at kids camps (all sugar, flour and butter based).. not licking the spoon or sneaking bites while preparing food for others is one of the most important things for my WOE. My only undefeated trigger is alcohol. After 1 glass of wine, I cannot resist the urge to snack. Sometimes I can snack reasonably, or with low carb options.. but really, it's just best for me to avoid the wine altogether.
