Päiväkirja - mikecontos, 04 syys 12

Managed to get some good walking in this weekend. 4 miles on Saturday and another 7 on Sunday.Managed 3 at work tonight. I am really only shooting for 3 a day,(for now) but I had the opportunity and took it. Next step is to once again get regular about logging food intake. Cleaned out the weight room, so that option is there too. PS: I hate it where I have to walk now ( dark, barren and quite ugly really) compared to the beauty (natural) of my old job, but I can remedy that by walking nicer routes BEFORE I come to work. (i LOVE IT WHEN SOLUTIONS COME WHILE YOU ARE TYPING!)

Good job on the walking, Mike. Wow. I guess the important thing is just to walk whenever you can and to keep moving. You are on your way back, buddy. Good idea about the nicer routes.
