Got on the scale and lost a few. I have not been walking this week due to the rain, but I will have to do something, such as the treadmill I hate so bad. But I got to keep walking because once you stop it's hard to start again. I got to stay focused, and I am still struggling with healthy meals. one report say this is good for you then 2 days later another report say it's bad for you. So just trying to learn how to eat healthy and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That is my goal. I have cut back on eating out a lot, which is a big help. I am struggling still to drink plenty of water. Yesterday only drank 3.38 0z which I finished the last of it this morning. So I think I have to set the goal of 64 0z Dailey in order to do it. that is "strange". So that is my goal for water intake today. I want to encourage everyone to do something big in your weight loss program that would make a big difference in how you view the Dailey struggle. Be positive and do not let anyone disencourage you, remember people can say negative things to you but just because they say the you don't have to accept it or believe. Encourage yourself with "I am" statements. I am strong, I am beautiful, I am a winner. Be encouraged and be blessed.
