Päiväkirja - mandabananaba, 17 loka 18

I broke my fast at 20hr 30min. Our power is still out (day 7) so we’ve been having to go out to eat, buy ready-made foods at the grocery store, or eat shelf-stable things at home like PB sandwiches. Today we went out for a late breakfast and I got a bacon and cheese omelette. It came with a pancake (because why not) which I ate less than half of because it was so dry. I also drink two cups of coffee with half & half and Splenda.

I’ll have a Quest protein cookie later at work and that’s probably it. Calories are good, carbs are good, eating window is good. I do need to do some exercise. I’ve been avoiding it because I don’t want to sweat and have to shower without hot water any more than necessary.
