Okay okay...food journal looks terrible I know. Got up at 130, ran out of the house..much to do with son before work. Ate teriibly, did not bring lunch to work as I always do and a co worker hooked me up with more bad grum (though deee-licious!!) I know better. I always pack a ton of friuit and veggied to work. Pre entered my big salad for dinner..as I do have a couple bags in the fridge. Did walk 4 miles today at a 4mph pace... so there is that! Live and learn! PS: I found myself not wanting to log as I would not like what I saw...Thats why food journals work Mike,,,you big dummy!!
