There, that is more like it. I intend to have another little "holiday" tomorrow, but I have been super good, and have resisted buying a lot of things at the grocery store that we really don't need in the house. My doctor was very impressed at my physical exam to see both my progress and maintenance. Keeping it up is a challenge, of course, and I am not really regular at the walking at the moment, but I have also signed up for Zumba, starting next week. That should change things up a little.
