Feeling guilty today! Had a mugg and bean egg Benedict classic at about 9:00am. (Lots of calories so tried to stretch my next meal)
At 3:00 pm had a very small grilled chicken fillet.
At 7:00 pm grilled salmon steak with carrots, asparagus and green beans.
I ate pretty healthy for the day besides the breakfast but am worried that my calories are waaayy over.
Am I going crazy?!
