again another day im full of so much energy ive never felt this great before, i love the gym now and to know i hated it before! but its all thanks to me im doing this all on my own and motivation from others helps alot thanks to all! i crave fruits and veggies now! i love extreme fat smash, my work pants feel more loose, look more loose, people are telling me i look thinner i cant wait to get to 130 at least! good luck to all of you i know you can do it!
