Using another site to log my food, still undecided which one I want to use. But the Crossfit gym I am at just started their 30 day nutritional challenge on Monday, so complete strict paleo for a month! I also got myofascial therapy today, was interesting, helped with some of my hinderances, I will go back again to get more work done. And...had an awesome dinner tonight even though it was so simple. Thin porkchops cooked in coconut oil, sauteed onions, scallions, and long hot peppers. Put into a lettuce wrap with bacon. (Natural, nitrate free) Bacon makes everything 20x better. MMMM.
