Up a lb to 204 today FS friends!
I ate a big lunch, and a big dinner yesterday. The wife and Daughter came over for a nice dinner on base. It was Mongolian BBQ nite, and I am sure it was loaded with salt (And fat, and calories!)
Rode bike 3 hours this AM and 36 miles. 1st long ride of the weekend! Took it easy, had water & Gatorade, snacks, took my rest breaks. And it felt great. In fact, I could have gone further, but it was heating up (91) which is actually quite cool here. I am doing it again tomorrow at about 2.5 hours, so I needed to save some energy.
I see a lot more cyclists out now that the weather is becoming more moderate. I know riding in that heat was insane, but it was what I needed to do. It is making riding now much easier!
So far this month I have 331 Miles. Tomorrow I am doing at least 25. Should be a good month.
Slept horribly, barking dog, daughter runnin the streets. Uhg. I will get my rest someday. And up at 6 for biking, which is an hour later than usual.
So, tonight is date night/cheat day funtime extravaganza! Taking the wife to the pub for an hour, then dinner. Should be a fun time.
Sometime today I need to do homework, and rest.
