Hi Debbie,
Thanks for taking the time to send me a message. You made my day. I did loose 14 kg over a year ago. I have since put 8 back on. I love eating low carb keto/paleo but find that without time to plan and prepare my weeks eating I just fall into the quick and easy high carb cooking. The good thing is that my family love my healthy meals. This year I left full time work and plan on relieving part time(I am a teacher) which will give me more time for family, friends, activity and healthy eating. Only started my paleo/keto eating again 2 days ago and am already feeling better.
It looks like you have been doing very well with your weight loss. Well done. I will definitely check in on your progress and look forward to being motivated by your weekly successes and would love you to help keep me on track too.
