I went to my family doctor today and he told me I look more healthy and more happy since last month.
He told me I also look much less depressed! :)

Even some days I don't feel at my best, I overcame depression. It's so nice :)

we don't often see how much we've changed on a daily basis so it's nice to hear from others that they see progress. I'm glad to hear you are working hard to find happiness. :)
