To be honest with myself on when I weighted myself on New Years day I weighted 294.6. So I have actually lost 2.6 lbs. My next weigh in should confirm where I am at. Also I have been eating more salads. Less potatoes. Not eating after 8 pm. I am not dieting but trying to do a life change.
