I’m away on business, so no scale, but I still need to be accountable. Monday I flew in, but the flight was horrible. We got rerouted for bad weather and I got in two hours late. I was cold and wet, and hungry. But I still managed to go to Whole Foods rather than fast food. I bought a lot of food. But all paleo/keto.
Yesterday, I went for a run in the morning. I’m following a couch to 5k program. Breakfast at the motel was awful. Everything was processed to death and filled with carbs. I stuck eggs.
For lunch I went through the salad bar at a nearby cafe. For dinner I had a rotisserie chicken and salad greens that I bought at Whole Foods.
