I made it through the day. That alone is a victory. I had smoked salmon, lettuce and celery for breakfast. Lunch was interesting. I didn’t have a whole lot of time and didn’t want to go to the cafe I went to yesterday. I found a small little coffee stand in the building. I had two hard boiled eggs, two sticks string cheese, carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and a Quest bar. It wasn’t much but it worked. For dinner I had leftover rotisserie chicken and salami, with more lettuce and celery. Oh yea, a bunch of cashews.

Truth be told, I’m more worried about saving money than losing weight on this trip. I’ll be home tomorrow and can focus on eating healthy again then.
