Walked 11,343 steps today. Which included a long walk to the Walmarts down the road with the dog. But my husband who is also dieting and doing good decided he had a bad craving for carrot cake so we bought a premade two layer one. The calories for the whole cake is 4,300 and something. UGGGG. I did eat one piece so I'm sure I had at least 1,000 calories in that slice. Other than that I've been good on the diet. Tomorrow is weigh in time. Sometimes I fear stepping on that scale.
