Wow, you are doing absolutely great. And yes, the others are right, you do look younger. What's even better is knowing you will be healthier. Now I haven't checked how you are doing it, but I am assuming with all this support you have learned something about better ways of eating, like low, low sugar, and lots of low starch vegetables, which I have lots of trouble with beyond a salad. My congratulations to you!

I eliminated fried foods chips which I love and Lots of green veggies & water!!! Grill my meats but don’t eat meats every day. Exercise regularly and just enjoying life.
