Hey there!!! Thought I would write so I won’t eat any of the pastries out in the conference room. They have been there everyday but for some reason today is tough. How come when you feel good about yourself and your weight is going down you want to eat something bad for you!!!!! Why is that 😫😫.. I am not logging my weight until it shows I at least lost one pound so far.. lol.. oh well.. stay warm.. feel better already

Your workplace sounds like mine, always cake, candy, doughnuts, or something in the break room. If I'm stressed or anxious I'm tempted to eat it as a coping mechanism. If I'm feeling good, I feel like eating it because it's a feel good thing and it'll be ok...but it's NOT OK! Hang in there, keep strong, keep out of the conference room! You can do it. :)

It helps me say no to office treats being gluten free. Always keeping healthy snacks with me and eating on a schedule helps too. Finally if there is something I am really truly craving I will eat just 1 or 2 bites to satisfy the craving so that I don’t go home and binge later.
