Doing well. I certainly overate yesterday. I was up at night, then ate after work, which started the calorie and carb binge. Anyway, today is a new day to start over and I'm back on track. I had dinner at a neighbor's place yesterday - lots of calories - but I can't isolate myself at this point when I'm thin already. My leg is still healing so there is no exercising that is going to be happening anytime soon. It's cloudy out and looks like it is going to rain. Tomorrow I may go shopping for a printer to send out my writing work.
Calorie intake Saturday June 12, 2010: 3930. Yikes! I'll be much more careful in the future about my intake earlier in the day.
