I did much better today...and I'm full!

My calories were under my RDI, and I had cookies...I've been quite good on the exercise front as well, so I'm quite pleased with myself...hopefully the weigh in tomorrow night will show some positive progress. My job has gotten quite physical, so the extra calories that I was consuming should be offset by this (I hope!)

I'm back home again tomorrow night for a week...it will be nice to be in my own bed. But I will have to watch my intake, since my activity level will be much lower.
