The weigh in didn't go as bad as I thought. Apparently I have actually lost 0.6 lbs. since I weighed in two weeks ago. So, no pink slip for me! This afternoon I am going to the salon and I cannot wait! It's always such a treat to go and hang out with the girls and get my hair fixed up. Too bad I have no where else to go afterwards to show it off.
I remembered to pack a lunch today, yay me! As long as I keep dinner under control, I will be good to go. For some mysterious reason I pigged out on cashews last night. I wasn't that hungry but they were within reach and tasted really good. I normally don't graze or eat late at night like that. Even while I was eating them I was thinking, "why am I eating these?" Good thing they are all gone now. Tonight we are passing out candy for Halloween. It better all go out the door. I don't want candy hanging around the house.
Today I am thankful for a day at the salon. I am thankful that my DH finished his demo yesterday and it went well. I am thankful for a packed lunch. I know I said I wouldn't bring it up all the time but I am just so thankful for the great weather here!

YAY for great weather! My DH and I keep saying we want to go to AZ to live someday - just maybe! I like The Flag and Sedona area. Of course, here we are in MinneSNOWta.............

I can't wait to see the new do! What was up with the cashews? And why are they within reach? Erin, I will have an entire new set of 12-14s waiting for you soon. I know you can do it! You are such a beautiful person, inside and out, you deserve it.
