Päiväkirja - Nimm, 19 marras 12

That didn't take long - joined the 200 lb bench press club tonight, finally. Finished the regular reps at 190 and threw another 10 lbs on just to see if I could. And I did.
Not a ton of weight, but a milestone for me!

Seriously AWESOME, Nimm. I did 105 yesterday. Sounds so lame by comparison to your 200. Great gains, my friend. I have so much to catch up. You inspire me. You're KICKING SERIOUS BUTT. Way to go into the holiday season. Hey, did I ever tell you my protein woes? I seem to be allergic to every single plant protein out there. I've tried everything. On to Sun Warrior vegan protein tonight and if that doesn't work, I'll be living on MHP.

@Rubie-Sue: Thanks - it's an arbitrary milestone, but my informal goal since I started lifting. @Jess - Always aiming higher! 250 is going to take a while, though - 225 is the next 6-month goal. @Heather - thanks. Coming from you, that means a lot. And I'm surprised to hear about the allergy - it's specific to plant proteins? Do you eat dairy or meat?

TOTALLY awesome especially for your size, I am getting much stronger on all counts except my bench is stuck around 125. I am working harder on core and triceps (once every 4 days) to try to significantly up this. I was told to include the reverse lift to help train.

I don't eat dairy or meat, Nimm. I have gotten used to some salmon for animal protein, but that's all I can handle. The MHP Puddings are the only supplements so far that don't give me a problem. So, I'm pushing for 125 next 6-months to match your 225. eesh. Did I just say that? So proud of you, buddy!
