Päiväkirja - seafood_eater, 20 marras 12

Hi Everyone,
I can't tell yet if I am coming into equilibrium or just on a mini-plateau. My weight is stable between 184 and 187, fluctuations probably due to water. I am eating ALL the healthy food I want (veggies, fruit, and protein) and exercising seriously every day (well, occasionally a rest day but at least 6 days a week). I am surely running a calorie deficit and getting slowly but measurably thinner (and measurably stronger in the gym) as muscle replaces fat, an increasingly slower process the leaner one becomes. I would rather stay like I am than lose an ounce of muscle along with any fat. But I am still trying hard to build muscle and lose about 3-4 lbs of fat.
