Broccoli, cauliflower, brusselsprouts, cabbage, asparagus, brinjals, baby marrows, red, green & yellow peppers, the list is quite long...

Make cauliflower cheese bread. I do it all the time and it feels like a treat more than a veggie. Especially when i fry it to go hash brown crispy

salad can be horribly boring or intetesting. to make it interresting i cut halloumi and bacon in it. also vegetables like roasted sweet potatoe, roasted mushrooms and roasted eggplant. the result changed from yuck to yumm. you can also do an omad with this. as it is a massive meal

I would love more info on how to make the pickles and fermented veges. Or even where to find them?

Hi Karen. Food Lovers Market sells bottled Sauerkraut. I prefer to make my own... I learned by watching YouTube videos. I bought my crockpots online, from a Capetown based store called Go Natural. Fermented food has improved my health significantly...

I discovered that I don't actually mind the content of salads but I don't like the textures all together. I slice up different stuff and eat it separately and it's better. Pickling is really easy to do at home and so yummy especially for a kick of flavour. Also things like avo, green olives, fresh baby spinach are great
