What can one say ...... I knew that I would gain this week cos I've had a couple of naughty eating days and also a tipple or three!!! That is why it has brought me close to my 1400 cal limit ...... I'm going to nip it in the bud, from today I'm going to try to eat only 1200 cals or less and limit myself with the alcohol, but at the weekend I will not deny myself a few treats as I've said before, you're only on this earth once it's not a rehearsal and you have to live ...... but since I started I've lost 5lb (2.27 kg) and that's not to be sneezed at, so one hiccup in 2 weeks isn't that bad, so I will plod on regardless MM x
