Have not been following my strict diet since I went to Cape Town 3 weeks ago, and celebrated my birthday last week. Been eating a lot of carbs (hormonal cos I want chocolate??), not watching portion size and consuming hardly any water which seems to make me constipated. Back onto the wagon this week. So far in total, down 9kg, still 6 to go to my goal weight. It's harder now that the weather has turned cold. Bought my first pair of skinny jeans! Two sizes smaller. What a treat!!
