Well today I took another pic of myself since I've reached that 30lb mark. I have been pasting my pics in a word document so I can physically see the results. I have my "before" pic, then I took one when I lost 20lbs and now. I will be doing that every 10lbs until I get down to my goal weight. It is amazing what a pic can show!!
Also on another good note, I am now wearing another pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear in 3 yrs so that was an awesome feeling this morning.

That is great! I agree that pictures really tell the story, so do clothes that wouldn't go on before, now slip right on, love it!
