Happy Friday! Semi-exciting today as the color on my weight loss "bar" changed to yellow again! Been quite some time since I've been in the yellow!! Yay me.
I am feeling better. Not 100% but definitely better. I am going to work today. I'm looking forward to the weekend. Realizing though I have a board meeting next week that I've done nothing to prepare for! Geesh .... The holidays have made time seem like a blur!!!
Yesterday started out feeling really under the weather and ended up being rather productive! Finished two reports for work, brought in 4 loads of wood, did the dishes, did the laundry, and cleaned out a kitchen cabinet ... Not bad for a sickie!
Time to juice for the day, shower, get ready for another opportunity to shine.
Grateful today
* a quick recovery from a cold
* slightly warmer temps this morning
* continued progress back down to a healthier weight range
* music on my iPhone
* entertainment, mindless as it is, with bejeweled blitz
* life!
Always needing to remember this is a journey not a destination as I approach the beginning of my 5th year here on Fatsecret. Continuing to practice kindness and self care. Taking life a moment at a time and trying not to dwell on the future which is uncertain or on past regrets which I cannot change. Both will rob me of today and I want today! Take care!
