Call me a data nerd (because I am 😂) but what is the margin of error here on FatSecret? Or food journaling in general? I’ve downloaded all my data into spreadsheets and am comparing them to my Inbody assessments at my gym and doctor. For example, net calories in April would suggest a 5.5 lb loss and I had a 4.9 lb loss ; which is great! But I don’t think May will line up as nicely. I want to set my expectations and ...adjust wine consumption accordingly...and nerd-out on numbers 🥳
