I weigh on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It helps weighing on a Saturday, it curbs the weekend eating a bit.

Daily, but I track the 7-day moving average...it has helped to stay sane when faced with crazy fluctuations...and unlike weekly weigh ins, I don't have to think about whether I just happened to weigh myself on a day that I have extra water retention...

lol I am doing the same it seems...getting addicted to the scale! I log my Friday weight and my Monday weight because I always gain over the weekend.

I weigh every day, in the morning. I gauge progress mid week though. My weight varies ~1-2kgs over the week. Its lowest is typically mid-week

Do it every two weeks, so you don’t stress yourself out
