Final week of P3... not that it matters too much. I know that I will end up keeping a low carb & low sugar diet for the rest of my life. Low sugar was never an issue since I never ate a lot of sweets. Usually a bite here or there, but that's it. Low carb (I really should say low starch) will be something else. I'm Asian. I eat rice. I like my fried rice! We'll just keep that for once in a while indulgences.

Been maintaining pretty well. Not as easy as my first round, but that's okay. Might be because of a previous set point.

I look forward to my next round! Even though it will be a long one. Shooting for 35 days as opposed to 21 days. Might try to stretch it to the 43 day mark. We'll see.

It's interesting to lose the weight quickly this way then maintain then lose then maintain. If you figure out my loss, it averages to 9lbs per month. I don't think that's too fast at all. Just right.

Itching to start my next round. But, I will wait until the last week in August. It will be my final round for the year. Lots of my coworkers are wondering why I'm shooting for another 20lb loss. Why? Because, damnit, I will once and for all get rid of my tummy! I will be ready for a bikini in November at my friend's wedding (crosses fingers). I'm so close.

While I am itching to start sooner, I know I can't. I know my body needs the break. It is semi-freaking out with the sudden loss. I don't know why... as there was a time when I lost 1 pound a day out of a contest. By the time of my next round, my body should be ready to go... stress free!

BTW... I've swapped out my morning Jay Robb Egg Protein shake for an ON Gold Standard Casein shake. As much as I like the taste of the Casein one (I bought a chocolate.. but tastes like cookies and cream due to texture)... I might have to forfeit it until training. Being lactose intolerant... casein just might not be the best thing for me right now (not even my digestive enzymes are helping much with it). I like that keeps me full for the whole morning! I ate half of my food yesterday. Usually, I eat it all and am still hungry. Was able to eat only half. Which is good, because I really shouldn't be consuming 3 eggs every morning haha.

On a Yay daily note: After I got dressed for work this morning, I looked in the mirror and thought "Damn. I look good. Haven't seen that reflection in a few years."

I never said I completely hated my body before the weight gain. I did like my body. Now that I'm back to normal, I just want it to look amazing.

Thanks! Before I started this diet I was about to go shopping for a one piece. Don't get me wrong - there are some SUPER cute 1-pieces, but I was about to move into the exclusively one piece wearer phase of my life! I know what you mean about "now that I'm back to normal, I just want to look amazing". I'm so excited to get a good little workout routine and tone up!
