Slept for 11 hours straight....haven't done that since I had children! Guess I've been working myself pretty hard. On top of my fitness/diet routine I have to run my two kids around, one with multiple health problems. Visit my grandmother, do all the family shopping, keep the house organized and neat, help out my best friend with her new baby as often as I can, take care of the three pets, and cook all the family meals. I just wanted to type that out and look at what all I'm doing. Man-oh-man I'm going to run myself into the ground if I don't take breaks here and there. No wonder some days I struggle to get motivated.
